Check-in and Check-out:
Guests may check-in after 3:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival and checkout no later than 11:00 am on the scheduled date of departure. Early check-in and check-out is strictly based on availability.
Deposit Return Policy: Security deposits are returned between five and seven business days after your check-out date, deposits are paid in the form of a check made payable to the individual that placed the booking request.
No Disturbance: All Properties offer a tranquil environment for the enjoyment of all guests. It is expected that all guests exercise consideration for other guests' peaceful enjoyment of this charming property. In the event that noisy and boisterous behavior causes disturbance to other guests and necessitates rate adjustments, the offending party will be held financially liable for such adjustments.
Pet Policy: We do not accommodate pets.
Smoking Policy: All interior spaces are designated as non-smoking. Per regulations, any space under roof is considered interior.
Canceling Your Reservation: In the event that a cancellation is received less than 72 hours before 3:00 pm on the scheduled arrival day, a penalty of 1-night stay plus tax will be imposed. There is no penalty for cancellations more than 72 hours before 3:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $250 would be charged to each booking upon checkout.
Modifying Your Reservation: Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in additional fees.
